Build and maintain your network.
Speak with your customers first-hand.
First impressions are a very real thing.
Show up on time.
Put down your phone.
Every person, regardless of level, contributes to company success.
Ask the hard questions, even when you won't like the answer.
Read. Read. Read.
Make the time for goal setting, reviews and one on ones.
Listen (without talking).
Ask for what you want.
Find and spend time with a mentor.
Empower & challenge the people around you.
Take time off, rest your brain, explore, vacation.
Exercise.
Remove toxic people from your org (and life), quickly.
Treat people on the way out, the same way as you do on their way in.
Share your experiences but know it's not the only path to get there.
Breathe.
