Typically 4-6 hours of direct access per month including calls, reviews and async input.

On-going monthly retainer, 3-month minimum

DIAGNOSTIC & SPRINT

Project | Fixed Scope

A focused engagement to diagnose a specific business challenge - stalled GTM, org design gaps, pricing misalignment, partner strategy, or AI opportunity assessment. Includes interviews, analysis, and a clear written action plan with prioritized recommendations. No on-going commitment required.

Typically 3-6 week engagement, fixed deliverable.

Board Level

Independent board advisor to early and mid-stage tech companies. Investor and founder aligned. Provides operational perspective at board level, helps founders prepare for key milestones, and supports leadership team evaluations and development.

High Involvement

Step into a senior operating role on a fractional basis during a critical period - an executive search, post-acquisition transition, a scale-up that’s outgrown it’s operating model. Full operating authority within defined scope. Weekly leadership team presence, board reporting, and hands-on execution across org and GTM priorities.
