The Breakaway: For women who lead
THE BREAKAWAY AGENDA
The demands of leadership keep changing. Make time to explore what it means for you.
Join a small group of experienced women leaders, founders and entrepreneurs to explore how leadership is changing, exchange experiences & ideas, and develop practical approaches to leading people and growing or stalled businesses.
From AI disruption, organizational change demands, approaches to influence, managing team performance and your own next chapter, we’ll make time for the conversations that are top of mind.
LEADING THROUGH CHANGE AND AI DISRUPTION
What changing technology means for your business, your team and your role. Where to experiment, what to question, the importance of compliance, and how to bring people along.
THE HUMAN SIDE OF PERFORMANCE
Building trust, setting expectations, learn new approaches to tackling difficult conversations, and creating accountability as businesses grow and change.
INFLUENCE AND DECISION-MAKING
Navigating competing priorities, organizational dynamics, boards and stakeholder management. Making decisions and communicating them clearly.
YOUR LEADERSHIP, YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
Where you want to grow, how your role needs to evolve, and where to focus your energy and ambition. What’s in your power to control and navigate your next step.
A clear foundation, shaped by the women attending.
These themes guide the experience. The emphasis, examples and discussions will reflect the group’s interests gathered in advance, giving us room to explore emerging questions and learn from one another.
Hosted and facilitated by Max Powers, former President and COO of CreatorIQ, with nearly 30 years of leadership and operating experience across global technology companies and high-growth businesses.
