A former CEO once told me that I had a "rare ability to bring extraordinary results our of ordinary people." It’s the description I’m most proud of in my career.

It speaks to what I actually believe: that most people, and most organizations are operating well below their potential. They don’t lack talent. They lack clarity, alignment, and the right support.
