I've spent more than two decades inside some of the world's most demanding organizations - as an operator, a builder, and most of all, a leader of people. I've sat in the rooms where the pressure is highest, the stakes are clearest, and the path forward is anything but obvious. And I've learned that in those moments, what determines outcomes isn't strategy - it's people.

A former CEO once told me I had a rare ability to bring extraordinary results out of ordinary people. It's the description I'm most proud of in my career. It speaks to what I actually believe: that most people, and most organizations, are operating well below their potential. Not for lack of talent or ambition, but for lack of the right conditions, the right clarity, and the right support.

That's the thread that runs through everything I do.

As a scale-up advisor and operational consultant, I work with founders and their investors when a high-growth company hits its ceiling — when revenue stalls, the operating model stops scaling, or the leadership team is capable individually but isn't working as a unit. I come in when strategy and execution have come apart, and I help close that gap fast, practically, and without drama.

As an executive coach, I work with leaders at critical inflection points - the transitions, the growth surges, the moments where who you've been as a leader may not be who you need to become. My background spans C-suite operations, graduate training in psychology, and a somatic practice rooted in the body as much as the mind. It's an unusual combination.
